Hi, I’m Jesa!

Becoming a parent is life-changing! Full of joy, but also overwhelm, anxiety, and shifts in identity. I help new mothers navigate these challenges and support partners and growing families adjusting through birth, adoption, or fostering.

My approach is compassionate, personalized, and grounded. Together, we focus on helping you feel steady, supported, and confident as you navigate the emotional and relational changes of early parenthood.

I believe that every parent deserves support in this season, whether you’re adjusting to life after birth, welcoming a child through adoption or fostering, or navigating the shifts that come with early parenthood.

My Approach & Passion

With a special focus on the emotional transition into motherhood, I support mothers in the postpartum season while also welcoming partners, adoptive parents, foster families, and couples navigating early parenthood. Every path into parenthood carries emotional weight—and you deserve support in yours.

Grounded in a person-centered approach, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and families feel empowered to explore their experiences and strengths. A question I often ask is, “What is the life you truly want to be living—and how do we get you there?”

By integrating mindfulness and somatic practices, I help clients cultivate a deeper connection with themselves, manage stress, and navigate the emotional and physical impacts of their experiences. My goal is to guide you toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and overall well-being—while creating a space where you feel comfortable showing up as your most authentic self.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through every stage of the parenthood journey—from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond, including adoption, fostering, and surrogacy—while helping you navigate this transformative time and nurture deeper, healthier connections.

FAQs

  • I am a private-pay practice which means I am unable to bill insurance directly. I have a limited number of reduced-fee slots available. In addition, some clients choose to submit a superbill to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your session fee after meeting any applicable deductible. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request.

  • That’s okay! I’ve worked with people who have never explored therapy and people who have done years of therapy. Therapy can simply help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and find ways to move forward.
